Katy Jungmann is a British–German composer and saxophonist based in London, working across film, contemporary classical, and jazz-influenced music.

With support from Help Musicians she produced her most recent album Flying High. This work reimagines classical writing for strings through the sounds of jazz harmony and saxophone, and demonstrates her ability to merge traditional forms with a contemporary cinematic sound. The album was recorded at EBC Live Studios in collaboration with composer Natalio Faingold.

Katy works with visual artists and international dancers through her collective Dance4Music project, integrating movement and sound.
