
Katy Jungmann is a British–German composer and saxophonist based in London, working across film, contemporary classical, and jazz-influenced music.
Her most recent album, Flying High, 2023, reimagines classical string writing through the lens of jazz harmony and saxophone, demonstrating her ability to merge traditional forms with contemporary cinematic language. Supported by Help Musicians, recognising her compositional potential. Recorded at EBC Live Studios and production with composer Natalio Faingold.
Katy works with visual artists and international dancers through her collective Dance4Music project, integrating movement and sound.
